The firm is looking to invest in companies/markets where we have deep domain expertise and the ability to deliver unique value for our founders. We primarily invest in B2B industries with high intellectual property value, such as:

• Enterprise Technology (”B2B SaaS”)
• Financial Technology
• Cybersecurity
• AI/ML + Data
• CleanTech / ClimateTech
• DeepTech

Non-Focus Areas: While always keeping an open mind, Next Frontier Capital is not actively pursuing investments in Crypto, Healthcare IT/MedTech/BioTech, Consumer SaaS, Social Networks, AdTech, or Consumer Packaged Goods companies.

Ideal criteria for early Seed

• Team - we love to back talented, mission-driven teams with strong founder-market-fit that work with purpose to build companies of scale and value. We look for purity of motivation and love learning about the company’s founding story.
• Big markets - we look for companies building in either big, established markets or in fast-growing markets with a lot of white space.
