NexFlow is a non-invasive, AI-powered platform that detects and helps reverse insulin resistance using lifestyle and biomarker data. Unlike blood-based methods like HOMA-IR, NexFlow delivers a real-time score (IRScore) and personalized feedback without requiring lab tests.

Users input data such as:

• Sleep quality
• Diet composition
• Physical activity
• BMI
• Height
• Weight
• Demographics (age, sex, etc.)

NexFlow returns:

• An IRScore (0 to 100)
• A Trajectory Panel showing projected metabolic risk
• Science-backed lifestyle recommendations

How It Works

NexFlow uses a custom ensemble of machine learning models trained on over 20 datasets with more than 15,000 patients. It applies SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) to provide interpretable predictions that link behavior to risk.

The system updates weekly and is designed to surface early signs of insulin resistance before it becomes clinically visible. Predictions are personalized and responsive to lifestyle changes.
