• Inclusive publishing: Members are always invited to contribute articles, but Reporter has editorial authority whether to feature the article, link to it in an appendix, or exclude if it goes against editorial policy and guidelines, with recorded documentation
• Editorial guidelines would be based on member opinions as recognized through member participation
• Each edition of the newsletter would include a short reader evaluation survey to monitor the quality and utility of the publication
