Previously, ticket assignment depended on the following auto-routing rules that differ by agent’s status.


Now, for prompt and seamless ticket support, Desk offers Bulk ticket transfer where agents can hand over all their tickets to other agents in the selected team at once when they change their status.

When agents are Away longer than they expected or when they go Offline, Bulk ticket transfer allows agents to select a team to transfer their active and idle tickets and have those tickets reassigned among available agents in the designated team.
