We observe a company-wide shutdown between December 25 and January 1 each year.
This is a dedicated time to step away, recharge, and reset before the year ahead.
Recharge week is designed to support rest while maintaining business continuity. Thoughtful planning, fair coverage, and high-agency flexibility are essential to making it successful.
Who is eligible
- All teammates are encouraged to fully disconnect during this time.
- This is paid company leave and is not logged as PTO.
- We ask teams to plan ahead to enable true downtime wherever possible.

To make this successful, teams should plan ahead:
- Avoid scheduling launches, deadlines, and non-essential meetings during this week/ shortly after
- Set out-of-office messages
- Document escalation paths
