New Beginnings is The Clean Divorce’s platform for newly divorced individuals to reflect on, journal, and process all of the complex changes they face during divorce. The platform offers a divorce coaching service from a certified divorce mediator, and the opportunity to follow through a guided 18-day journaling challenge.
As a contract Product Designer, I was tasked with transforming the service into a digital experience, the New Beginnings app. The goal was to streamline and digitize the service, improve user engagement, and increase customer retention.

I used the Design Thinking approach for solving this problem. To practice design thinking I followed the below process.
