- Acute poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis (APSGN)
- Rapidly progressive (Crescentric) glomerulonephritis (RPGN)
- Goodpasture syndrome (type 1 RPGN)
- type 2 RPGN = immune complex-mediated disease
- Granulomatosis with polyangitis (Wegener) (type 3 RPGN, pauciimmune)
- Microscopic polyangitis
- Diffuse Proliferative Glomerulonephritis
- IgA Nephropathy (Berger disease)
- Alport Syndrome
- Membrano-proliferative Glomerulonephritis (MPGN)

APSGN
can be asymptomatic
if symptomatic:
- gross hematuria
- edema
- hypertension
Urinalysis:
- protein, + blood, +/- RBC casts
Serum:
- low C3 with or without low C4
- increased serum creatinine
- increased anti-DNase B & increased AHase (antihyaluronidase)
