1. Information Collection

1.1 General Usage

Nemo does not collect any personal information during normal app usage.

1.2 In-App Purchases (Nemo Pro)

When users purchase Nemo Pro, we collect and process the following:

• Purchase Status: We verify your purchase status through Apple's StoreKit to unlock Pro features
• Transaction Information: Managed entirely by Apple; we do not have access to your payment details (credit card, billing address, etc.)

Important:

• All payment processing is handled by Apple
• We only receive confirmation of purchase status, not payment details
• Purchase history is stored securely by Apple and can be restored on any device

1.3 iCloud Sync (Pro Feature)

For Nemo Pro users who enable iCloud Sync:

• Task Data: Your tasks are synced across devices via Apple's iCloud infrastructure
• App Settings: Preferences are synced via iCloud Key-Value Store

Important:

• Data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account
• We do not have access to your iCloud data
• Synced data is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
