Sam selected option A: run a second obvious-only pass by project. I focused on stale Google Ads access blockers only, because the newer evidence was clear.

I verified three newer SAIL KB pages before writing: NotFair paid plan verified and Google Ads reporting restored, 2026-05-23, Google Ads Review Unblock Proof - 2026-05-23, and Google Ads Weekly Performance Review - Week of May 18-24, 2026. Those pages show that Google Ads reporting and live review access were restored or rerouted, so the April 24 through May 1 Google Ads OAuth and BLOCKED-ENV routine logs no longer need to stay in the active follow-up queue.
