Added publish_artifacts.py to the needs-followup-triage skill, created the shared mirror folder under admin/scheduled-tasks/run-logs/needs-followup-triage/, published the first report/data/dashboard snapshot there, and updated the SKILL plus scheduled-task spec so future runs keep it fresh.
The hosted mirror path was implemented, populated, and verified. The follow-up note and QA reflection were written, and no further runtime change was required for this step.
The routine is ready to use this path on future runs. The remaining improvement would be syncing or pushing the Projects repo so the hosted mirror is visible off this Mac as well.
What shipped: code helper, hosted mirror folder, latest aliases, docs update, bootstrap publish. What has not shipped: a repo push or a broader cloud-runner migration.
