NEITHER WE NOR OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE BROKERS OR INTERMEDIARIES, AND ARE NOT YOUR AGENT, ADVISOR, OR CUSTODIAN, AND NONE OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES HAVE A FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP OR OBLIGATION TO YOU REGARDING ANY OTHER DECISIONS OR ACTIVITIES THAT YOU EFFECT WHEN USING YOUR WALLET TO INTERACT WITH ANY BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOL.
NEITHER WE NOR SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIVITIES THAT YOU ENGAGE IN WHEN USING THE SERVICES OR ANY OTHER BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGIES, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN DECENTRALIZED PROTOCOLS ON NEAR, ETHEREUM, OR OTHER BLOCKCHAINS.
