Internal structure
tada.team consists of 3 main entities that affect the use of the messenger:
Team
— main entity in tada.team
Team is a separate working area that includes all the chats and tasks in which you communicate.
A new team is a new area.
- Chats — personal or group.
In chats, you can send messages, files, documents, make calls — all the things familiar to other messengers.
- Tasks
Tsks are also chats with all chat-functions. But also you can set deadlines and personal reminders, assign people and task participants.
Navigation on your PC
The main page is divided into 4 areas:
- Left block. In this area there is a list of group and personal chats in which you are a member. Also in the left block is a switch between commands.
- Central block. This area displays the window of the open chat or task.
- Right block. The list of tasks, in which you are the creator/responsible/participant, is opened in this block by default; Also available in this block are the "Contacts" and "Files" tabs, you can switch between them from the top menu.
- Top menu.The menu contains buttons for enabling the task list, the list of contacts of your colleagues in the team (not tied to the phonebook), the file storage with a search by them (all files ever sent to chats and tasks), the personal profile and the list of ready integrations and API keys.
Navigation on mobile app
There are 5 areas available for users to interact with:
- Shield - switching between commands, command settings, changing the server.
- Chats tab - this area contains all chats available to the user (task chats, group chats, personal chats), sorted by the last activity.
- Tasks tab - all tasks available to the user are located in this area.
