Project 1: Fleet Manger Web Portal Home Redesign

🎯 Objective

• Increase Daily Usage of Fleet Manger Web System: Grow average daily logins from 4,078 to 4,486 (10% increase)
• Streamline user access to key pages and features, enabling faster issue resolution.

⚠️ Current Challenges

1. Complex navigation and poor information hierarchy
2. Department-specific requirements not apparent
3. Limited overview data visualization
4. Unclear navigation in the side-nav

💡Key Insight: Prioritization & Customization

• Mixpanel shows the “Events” page is the most visited by DAUs, confirming its central role in daily workflows. Moreover, Events (High) and At Risk Drivers represent the greatest financial risk.
• Research also shows different fleet sizes and roles use the app differently, making customization essential—critical info at the top, flexible layout below.
