Domperidone

Dopamine antagonist

Lower incidence of oculogyric crisis compared to metoclopramide

up to 50mg TDS

1-2 h before journey for motion sickness

D2 dopamine receptor antagonist

Adverse effect: Oculogyric crisis

Rx: IV Benzatropine  (effects within five minutes)

Procyclidine hydrochloride (for drug-induced extrapyramidal symptoms (but not tardive dyskinesia)

PO 2.5 mg 3 times a day, then increased in steps of 2.5 mg daily as required, usual maintenance 10–30 mg daily in 2–3 divided doses.

Aprepitant
