Nationwide MedPair Submission and Implementation Process

This document outlines the process for submitting and implementing GAP coverage through RS Benefits, specifically for Nationwide MedPair proposals. It includes Florida-specific requirements, state eligibility limitations, and the necessary steps for both quoting and implementation.

1. State-Specific Eligibility Guidelines

A. States Not Eligible for Zurich

The following states do not offer Zurich GAP and may instead receive a MedPair (Nationwide) quote, which is not a one-card solution:

• CA, CT, KS, MN, NH, NJ, NM, NY, RI, VT, WA

B. States Requiring 50+ Employees

• FL and ME require 50+ employees to qualify for a Zurich proposal.
• For Florida submissions, it is acceptable to:
  • Submit an all-inclusive census (including waivers), or
  • Indicate in the RFP or via email that the group has 50+ lives.
