👤 Who I Am

I’m a UX researcher and design strategist with 18+ years in healthcare, on a mission to improve the digital experiences of patients and clinicians. After working as a physical therapist and clinic manager, I transitioned into UX to tackle the system-level problems I used to see every day. I bring evidence-based UX strategy, research, and design to healthcare organizations, grounded in clinical experience and public health expertise.
