These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the NXT ID mobile application and its associated educational and identity services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

NXT ID is a decentralized identity-driven platform that integrates Web3 education with verifiable achievement mechanisms. The Service provides users with a digital identity framework to support a lifelong learning journey in the digital asset space. The Service includes:

• Decentralized Identity (DID): Automatic generation of a unique public key to represent your platform identity.
• Structured Learning: Curated reading courses organized into multi-chapter modules.
• Assessment & Quizzes: Single-choice examination sets designed to evaluate course comprehension.
• Verifiable Credentials (VC): Cryptographically signed digital certificates issued upon successful completion of educational milestones.
• AI Agents: Three specialized AI assistants designed to facilitate interactive learning and provide contextual support.
• Engagement Rewards: A points-based system tracking task completion and referral activities.

2. Educational Content & AI Agents

2.1 Course Structure

Each of the five core courses consists of 4–5 chapters of reading material followed by a final quiz. While we strive for high-quality content, we do not guarantee that all educational materials are exhaustive or entirely current.

2.2 AI Agent Interaction

The Service provides three distinct AI Agents. You acknowledge that:

• AI Agents are automated tools intended to support your learning experience.
• AI-generated responses are not reviewed by humans and may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations.
