This Policy applies to all information collected through the NXT ID App. Our Services include:

• Decentralized Identity (DID): Issuance of a public key/identity upon registration.
• Educational Modules: Curated reading courses and quizzes.
• Verifiable Credentials: Issuing digital certificates (VCs) signed by NXT ID upon course completion.
• AI Agents: Interactive chat assistance via specialized AI Agents.
• Engagement Rewards: A points-based system for referrals and task completion.

2. Definitions

• Personal Data: Information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual.
• DID Data: The public key generated for your account, acting as your platform identity.
• Verifiable Credential (VC): A digital proof of achievement (e.g., passing a course) cryptographically signed by NXT ID.
• AI Agent Interaction Data: Text inputs provided to our AI Agents and their generated responses.
• Points: Non-monetary engagement units earned through tasks and referrals. Points have no cash value and cannot be traded, withdrawn, or exchanged for legal tender.
