Since April 2019, every single morning, after I sip my coffee, I open my Notion workspace, go to my Prime Dashboard, to manage my personal to-dos, team assignments, client requests, production tasks, publishing projects, finance tracking, and all kind of notes.

The Prime Dashboard is where I spend most of my time during a day's work. Once I've needed 3 or 4 apps to control all this.
The Notion Tasking Base is a duplication of my own core database that makes my Notion workspace perform. It took more than a year to turn an eclectic pile of experimental tables into a tight productivity solution.
NTB is based on a master task table (at this moment mine contains more than 5,000 tasks). A task can be a to-do, an expense, a note, or whatever item you need.
Aside the master task table there are four more core tables: Team, Clients, Operations, and Projects. Each task belongs to a project, which is part of an operation, which is owned by a client. All the personal tasks are connected to the client 'Me'.

To view and interact with my tasks I've build a series of dashboards: The Prime Dashboard and a dashboard for every aspect and\or context in my workspace.
