• In the future we could deep integrate with top 5 used apps.
• We could start by deep integrating with Public transportation: BVG and HVV | | | Add to wallet is complicated | Users expect to add the card to the wallet with the tap of a button and get confused and lazy on having to read instructions | Add the wallets branded button and flow to add cards | | | Products clarity | Some users dont have clarity as to what can their selected products purchase. examples:
• think they can use the MC to purchase 29 or fuel or airplane
• people that use PTR, dont know they can use it for 29 or reimburse dt
• people started with a product and don’t know about the other 2 ( ie used PTR and dont know about MC) | - Simple modular Onboarding that display graphically the options for each company
• user communication, (maybe as part of the incentive to purchase?) that speak of the benefits of products
• This should be more detailed for FC- (btw it seems we never added the video?) | | | Difficult/ complicated app | For users coming form Freenow, it is more complicated to use NAVIT: “compared with Freenow, is not as easy, you have use other apps and especially when splitting the budget” | food for thought.
