A noun is the name of a person, place, thing, idea, or feeling.
Example: boy, school, water, love
For Subject–Verb Agreement, the most important part is knowing whether a noun is countable or uncountable.
Countable nouns are things you can count (1, 2, 3…).
boy, apple, chair, idea, book, car, student, pen
Have singular and plural forms.
boy → boys
apple → apples
Use a / an / many / few / several
a book, many ideas, few students
Affect verbs strongly in SVA:
Singular countable noun → Singular verb
The boy(singular ) runs ( singular).
Plural countable noun → Plural verb
The boys( plural) run (plural).

Uncountable nouns are things you cannot count individually.
water, milk, sugar, furniture, information, rice, money, homework, news
No plural form
(Not: waters, furnitures, informations)
