As explained in Community Building, the game will offer NFTs to holders of the erc20 tokens COIN, RNG, and WHALE. This section explains how players can get their NFTs and how the value is determined.
The game will not be pay to win. NFTs will not have skills or attributes. They can be seen as "skins" and "tournament entry slots". You can think of them as a smurf account that you can climb the elo ladder with.

Mint New
Players mint NFTs by locking their tokens (COIN / R.N.G / WHALE). For example: To get the COIN NFTs, you need to lock COIN, to get R.N.G. NFTs you need to lock R.N.G., etc.
Buy on OpenSea
Similar to other NFTs, characters can be freely bought and sold on OpenSea. Important: Transferring the ownership of an NFT also moves the ownership of the locked tokens.
