How do spaces work?

• Part-time / Full-time opportunities;
• Direct contact & contract between you and employer;
• We add your profile to our data-base and promote throughout the network;
• Once an employer is interested in your candidacy, we approach you with a specific job / project proposal;
• If you are interested we conduct a video meet up for you and company representative.

Your benefit

• You pay nothing. We charge employer for the success fee;
• We filter employers and do not deal with time-wasters and dreamers;
• We follow up the hiring process and keep you updated;
• These are typical remote rates, that our clients offer:
  • EU based candidates: Middle - EUR 35-45 per hour / Senior - EUR 45-55 per hour;
  • Non-EU candidates: Middle - EUR 25-35 per hour / Senior EUR 35-45 per hour;
