That was how we came to pre-build “spaces” with particular stack.
How do spaces work?
- We preliminary evaluate & interview .NET developers;
- You provide us with your e-mail and we send you interesting .NET profiles as soon as they arrive;
- Once you have the profile matching your expectations, we shortly (in 1-2 days) conduct an interview and assist you with all related inquiries;
- This is not outsourcing / outstaffing. Our model is more flexible, cost-effective and stable.
- Only already interviewed and pre-screened candidates;
- You pay for developer’s labour / service directly to the developer based on adequate market rates;
- Direct contract between you and your contractor / employee;
- You can hire a desired developer on short-term as well as on long-term basis;
- We only cooperate with people who are proficient in English and have proper soft-skills.
For our services we charge:
- 50% of monthly gross-salary (income), one-time;
- or EUR 9,5 per hour as long as you work with the developer.
If the candidate hired on Space works at your company for less than one month for any reason, we refund our Fee - you pay us nothing.
