Project Overview

In this project, I analyzed an Ncr_Ride_Booking to explore booking patterns, service performance, revenue contribution and cancellation behaviour in order to uncover trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for operational improvement. My goal was to transform raw data into actionable insights that improve service efficiency, reduce cancellation and support business growth. Data cleaning and Exploratory Data Analysis was done using SQL, visualization was done using Excel.
