Good news! This is typically an easy fix.

Step 1: Are you playing CS:GO? Because of its strict anti-cheats, you'll likely need to use Display Capture. If you're not playing CS:GO, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Make sure your app is running as administrator. To do this, close your app using task manager (ctrl + alt + delete), then right-click the Lowkey app icon on your desktop and click "run as administrator." Verify that it worked by clicking the lightbulb icon on the dashboard.

If it still isn't working, proceed to the next step...

Step 3: Type "graphics settings" into the search bar by your Windows start menu and click the shortcut that appears.

Step 4: Click the word "browse" underneath a dropdown menu that will say either "classic app" or "desktop app." (picture below)

Step 5: Paste the following file path into the bar at the top of the window that appears. (Note: Do NOT paste this into the search bar. It will not work.)

%LOCALAPPDATA%\\Programs\\lowkey-desktop\\resources\\native\\osn

Then, select the obs64 file and hit "add."

Step 6: Click "options" on the new obs64 block and change the setting to "high performance."

Step 7: Go to Lowkey and hit ctrl + R to refresh the app. Try a test recording and see if it works.

If it still doesn't work....

Remove the modification to the obs64 file you performed in Step 6, then switch to Display Capture in the Lowkey settings menu.
