Passport My Profile page contains the main information about the specific user with option to edit the details and to set preferences for date, time and language. The profile page is accessible if clicked on 'My Profile' on the left-hand side menu bar or by clicking on your own name in the right-hand side upper corner.
The profile details and updates made in Passport affect all of the GlobalReader eco-system environments. Details that you can edit, change or define are:
- Name - this is displayed everywhere within GlobalReader eco-system the same way
- Email - email address that is used for login details and also for report notifications
- Password - same password is used for all of the GlobalReader environments
- Phone - phone number on which you can be reached on and is used for default SMS notifications
- Country - option to specify where you work
- Language - define the language for ylour environment and this applies for all of your GlobalReader environments
- Timezone - choose your current time zone to see monitoring data correctly
- Datetime format - choose in what format you prefer to see the data in the GlobalReader environment.
Good to know! The same DateTime format type is used if you export CSV/excel files from the system
- Do not disturb hours - timeframe on every day when no notifications from Analytics notifications or Interruption notifications are sent out
