My Tasks & Interview Management Guide
Overview
This guide covers task management from three perspectives:
- My Tasks: Personal task list for all users
- Interview Queue: Specialized interface for interview workers
- Supervisor Dashboard: Team oversight and task assignment
Prerequisites:

Permission.Task.View (for viewing tasks)

Permission.Case.Edit (for completing tasks)

Part 1: My Tasks Page
Path: Dashboard ? “My Tasks” OR Top Navigation ? “My Tasks”
1.1 Overview
Purpose: Centralized view of all tasks assigned to you across all cases.
Dashboard Statistics (Top Cards):
- Total Tasks: All tasks ever assigned
- Pending Tasks: Not yet started
- Overdue Tasks: Past due date, not completed
- Completed This Week: Tasks finished in last 7 days
1.2 Task Status Types
Pending (?)
- Not started
- Waiting for action
- Default status for new assignments
In Progress (??)
- Currently being worked on
- Started but not finished
- Can still log call attempts
Completed (?)
- Finished successfully
- Survey submitted (if survey task)
- May have completion notes
Overdue (??)
- Past due date
- Status != Completed
- Requires immediate attention
Cancelled (?)
- Task cancelled
- No longer required
- Reason documented
Waiting for Patient (??)
- Callback requested
- Patient unavailable
- Paused until patient ready
1.3 Filtering Tasks
