My GlucoLog (“My GlucoLog,” “the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a personal health tracking app designed to help users log glucose readings, track meals and medication, view trends, manage reminders, and optionally sync glucose-related data with Apple Health.

We value privacy and designed My GlucoLog to be simple, private, and offline-first.

My GlucoLog is designed so that your personal data stays on your device.

My GlucoLog does not collect data from the app and does not transmit personal data to the developer or third parties.

We do not:

• collect your personal data on our servers
• sell your personal data
• use third-party advertising SDKs
• use third-party analytics SDKs
• track you across apps or websites

The app stores data locally on your device using on-device storage. Some features require permission from Apple system frameworks, such as HealthKit, Photos, Contacts, and Notifications. These permissions are optional and are only used to enable the features you choose to use.

2. Information the App Can Access

Depending on which features you use, My GlucoLog may access the following categories of information on your device:

This may include:

• glucose readings
• reading type, such as fasting, post-meal, or random
• custom glucose target ranges and preferences
