Steps:

  1. Slice the Spam into 6 even slices.
  2. Pan-fry the Spam until browned on both sides.
  3. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan.
  4. Glaze the Spam until shiny and coated.
  5. Add 100–120g cooked short-grain rice into your musubi mold.
  6. Sprinkle furikake on the rice if using.
  7. Add a thin egg omelette layer if using.
  8. Place the glazed Spam on top.
