Primary function:

As a Motion Designer at Incode, your primary role will be to elevate our visual storytelling by creating dynamic and engaging motion graphics and animations. You will be at the forefront of designing motion graphics that communicate our brand's identity and the features of our innovative identity solutions in a clear, compelling, and visually appealing manner. This role involves working closely with our marketing and product teams to understand the core message and translate it into captivating motion designs. You will be responsible for every stage of the creative process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring that all motion graphics align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Your expertise in animation and your creative approach to problem-solving will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and helping us achieve our goal of building a world of digital trust. Your ability to stay abreast of the latest trends in motion design and apply them innovatively in your work will be key to driving our brand's visual narrative forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create various graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product team to develop design solutions.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design softwares.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Amend final designs to clients’ comments and gain full approval.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to your work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
