What you bring along

• You have already worked for more than 5 years in the VC sphere.
• Your specialties are pre-seed and seed-stage investments.
• You have great expertise in sourcing the best deals, picking the right investments, serving on boards, and driving both strategic and financial returns.
• You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, previous founding experience is a plus.
• You show respect for the entrepreneurial struggle and eagerness to advise and support entrepreneurs at all stages with compassion and sound expertise.
• You have a strong network within the VC and startup sphere.
• You are a great team player with a "We" not "I" mindset.
• You make decisions based on science and data.
• You have an exceedingly positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

This is what you are going to do

• You will drive start-up investment decisions throughout the cycle from lead to diligence and post-funding support.
• You will source and identify disruptive start-ups in key investment sectors.
• You will develop sustainable relationships with and between top angel groups, venture capital partners, and leading accelerators as well as global corporate partners.
