1. Arm Circles (30 sec forward, 30 sec back)

Stand tall and gently circle your arms forward, then reverse. This wakes up your shoulders and improves circulation.

2. Forward Bend (30–45 sec)

Hinge from your hips, let your head and arms hang heavy. Feel your spine lengthen and your hamstrings release.

3. Neck Stretch (30 sec per side)

Relax your shoulders and tilt one ear toward your shoulder. Breathe into the stretch to ease neck tension.

4. Cobra → Child’s Pose Flow (5 slow rounds)

Inhale as you press into Cobra to open your chest. Exhale as you sink back into Child’s Pose to relax your spine. Flow with your breath.

5. Deep Squat Hold (30–60 sec)

Drop into a comfortable squat, heels down, chest lifted. Open your hips and ground your body before stepping into the day.

Tip: Move through this flow before coffee, before screens, before the world gets loud. It’s just 5 minutes — but it shifts your whole morning.
