Recurring Treasury Operations

• Weekly Operations:
  • Coordinated and prepared weekly Treasury calls.
  • Verified asset balances across all multisigs and ensured data integrity.
  • Updated the Treasury Position Dashboard to reflect current holdings and exposure.
• Biweekly and Ongoing Duties:
  • Maintained and annotated the DAO’s transaction logs.
  • Assessed upcoming expenses and ensured liquidity sufficiency.
  • Updated forward-looking cash flow simulations for stablecoins, BTC, and ETH.
  • Set up and executed transactions aligned with strategic planning and governance approvals.

🤝 Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engaged in continuous dialogue with Flowdesk and other market-making partners regarding existing and prospective agreements involving T and tBTC.
• Contributed to ongoing discussions about upcoming incentive programs and strategic deployments in ecosystems such as Sui, Starknet, and Mezo.

🧮 CVX-to-ETH Swap Strategy

• Participated in deep-dive discussions and evaluated scenarios for swapping CVX into ETH.
  • Considered timing, liquidity impact, on-chain pricing, and protocol needs.
  • Provided input on risk, and reinvestment opportunities for the converted assets.

🔄 Governance Asset Return Planning

• Analyzed and discussed the potential return of T tokens from the Treasury multisig to the Governor timelock contracts.
  • Explored the governance implications, risk tradeoffs, and benefits of re-aligning control back to protocol-native systems.
