Hi, this is Piotr — CEO/Co-founder of Molecule.one. We are a fast-growing startup with a mission to radically transform drug discovery and we want to meet you!

Who we are 👩‍💻 👨‍💻

We are working to make the process of bringing a new drug to patients significantly faster and more efficient. We do that by developing an AI-powered platform that allows chemists to find out how to make the molecules they want to. In other words, if you compare chemistry to cooking, then our ambition is to become the mother of all chemistry cookbooks. 👩‍🍳 The platform is used by our partners from the pharmaceutical/biotech industry to improve the efficiency of their drug discovery pipelines.

In 2019 we had the great opportunity to launch our first product at TechCrunch Disrupt SF as one of the Startup Battlefield contestants, and first startup ever from CEE to do so. Since then we have experienced great interest from top players in the pharmaceutical & biotech industry. We have also helped a little bit with fighting COVID-19, making parts of our offering available for free to researchers. The pandemic did not slow us down — quite the opposite in fact.

What you can expect 🧭

• Working closely with the executive team on developing & implementing initiatives of strategic importance to the company.
• Being a thought partner to the executives on the organization’s vision, priorities, challenges, and team culture.
• Assisting the CEO in daily operations by performing duties such as organising meetings or preparing presentations.
• Being responsible for implementing & improving processes within our organization.
• Working on communicating key messages both inside and outside of the company.
• Helping coordinate different teams' efforts towards the big goals of the company.

Your profile 👤

As an ideal candidate, you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced working environment.
• Do not wait for other people to do things — you take ownership and do them yourself.
• Excel in very clear communication, both written and verbal, towards many different audiences (chemists, software developers, pharmaceutical executives, investors).
• Manage your time efficiently and can inspire and help others to do the same.
• Like working with data to develop metrics and ensure that important decisions will be informed by them.
