• Identity is treated primarily as a theological problem
• People are publicly corrected without consent
• Lived experience is dismissed as deception
• Repentance is demanded without relationship
• Language implies “you are the issue”

Leadership Red Flag Metric

If a person becomes:

• More fearful of God

• More isolated from community

• More ashamed to speak
