1.1 Photos You Upload

Modest AI processes photos solely to generate AI-enhanced images.

• Photos are processed securely on our servers or a trusted provider.
• Photos are not used to train any AI models.
• Photos are not shared with advertisers.
• Photos are deleted automatically after processing or within the short period necessary for app functionality.

1.2 Face & Photo Data

When you use ModestAi's AI photo and video generation features, you may upload photos containing your face. Here is how we handle this data:

• What we collect: Photos you voluntarily upload for AI transformation. We do not extract or store biometric identifiers, facial geometry, or any facial recognition data.
• How we use it: Your photos are sent to our secure servers and processed using third-party AI services (Google Gemini API and Fal.ai) solely for the purpose of generating AI-transformed images and videos.
• Third-party sharing: Your photos are shared only with Google Gemini API and Fal.ai for AI processing. These services process your photos in real-time and do not retain them after generation is complete. No face data is shared with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
• Storage & retention: Uploaded photos are deleted from our servers immediately after AI processing is complete. We do not store your original photos. Generated results are saved only on your device.
• Your control: You choose which photos to upload. You may delete generated images from your device at any time.

1.3 Purchase & Subscription Data
