## 1. 簡介 / Introduction
- Modbus RTU Tester App（以下稱「本 App」）提供 RS485/Modbus 相關測試與監看功能。本政策說明本 App 如何處理您的資料。使用本 App 即表示您同意本政策。  
  Modbus RTU Tester App (“the App”) provides RS485/Modbus testing and monitoring tools. This policy explains how the App handles your data. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

## 2. 蒐集與使用的資料 / Data We Collect and Use
- **必要技術資料（本機處理）**：連線設定（Port、Baud、Parity 等）、讀寫參數、匯流排日誌與歷史紀錄僅存於您的裝置，除非您自行匯出或分享，這些資料不會被上傳到我們的伺服器。  
  **Essential technical data (on-device):** Connection settings (Port, Baud, Parity), read/write parameters, bus logs and history are stored only on your device and are not uploaded unless you explicitly export or share them.
- **購買相關資料**：應用程式內購買由 Google Play 處理。我們僅用於解鎖功能與授權驗證，不會取得您的支付資訊。  
  **Purchase data:** In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We use purchase status to unlock features and validate licenses; we do not receive your payment details.
- **廣告相關資料（僅在免費版顯示廣告時）**：若啟用廣告，廣告 SDK（如 Google AdMob）可能收集裝置資訊（如廣告 ID）、粗略位置與互動事件，用於投放與成效分析。  
  **Advertising data (when ads are shown in the free tier):** If ads are enabled, ad SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob) may collect device info (e.g., ad ID), coarse location, and interaction events for serving and measuring ads.
- **錯誤/效能資料（若未來啟用 Crash/Analytics SDK）**：可能包含裝置型號、OS 版本、錯誤堆疊，僅用於除錯與改善服務。未啟用時則不收集。  
  **Crash/performance data (if enabled later):** May include device model, OS version, and crash stack traces for debugging and improvements. If such SDKs are not enabled, this data is not collected.

## 3. 第三方服務 / Third-Party Services
- **Google Play Billing**：處理應用程式內購買與恢復購買，交易與收據遵循 Google Play 政策。  
  **Google Play Billing:** Handles in-app purchases and restorations; transactions and receipts follow Google Play policies.  
- **Google AdMob（如有展示廣告）**：用於展示橫幅廣告，可能收集廣告 ID、粗略位置、裝置與互動事件。  
  **Google AdMob (if ads are shown):** Serves banner ads and may collect ad ID, coarse location, device info, and interaction events.

## 4. 資料儲存與保留 / Data Storage and Retention
- 本 App 不會將您的匯流排日誌與操作參數上傳至自有伺服器；資料僅保留在您的裝置端，直至您卸載 App 或自行清除。  
  We do not upload your bus logs or operation parameters to our servers; they remain on your device until you clear them or uninstall the App.  
- Google Play Billing 與 AdMob 之資料由各服務依其政策保存。  
  Data handled by Google Play Billing and AdMob is retained per their own policies.

## 5. 資料安全 / Data Security
- 我們不經由自有伺服器蒐集或存放您的個人資料；交易與廣告資料由 Google 提供的 SDK 與基礎設施處理。請從官方商店下載並保持更新。  
  We do not collect or store your personal data on our own servers; transactions and ads are processed via Google SDKs and infrastructure. Please download from official stores and keep the App updated.

## 6. 兒童隱私 / Children’s Privacy
- 本 App 主要面向專業/一般使用者，未特別針對 13 歲以下兒童。如您為監護人並發現兒童提供資料，請與我們聯繫以協助處理。  
  The App targets professional/general users and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a guardian and believe a child has provided data, please contact us for assistance.

## 7. 您的權利 / Your Choices
- 停用廣告：升級付費版可移除廣告並停止廣告 SDK 收集相關資料。  
  Disable ads: Upgrading to the paid tier removes ads and stops related ad SDK data collection.  
- 移除本機資料：可在 App 內清除日誌或卸載 App 刪除本機資料。  
  Remove local data: Clear logs in-app or uninstall the App to delete local data.  
- 購買授權：可透過「恢復購買」同步授權。  
  Purchase entitlement: Use “Restore Purchase” to resync your license.

## 8. 政策更新 / Policy Updates
- 本政策可能隨功能或法規調整。更新後會於上方標示日期，並於上架時同步至 Google Play。  
  This policy may change due to new features or legal requirements. The date above will be updated and reflected on Google Play upon release.
