🛠️ Preboarding (Before Day 1)

• [ ] Access to: Slack, GitHub, CI (Bitrise/Fastlane/GitHub Actions), Figma, Notion, Firebase
• [ ] Test devices arranged (if needed)
• [ ] Invited to team standups, retros, mobile dev syncs
• [ ] Shared: architecture doc, release playbook, onboarding guide

📅 Week 1 – Setup & Overview

🎯 Goal: Get full technical access, understand the codebase and app structure

• [ ] Setup local dev environment (Android Studio / Xcode)
• [ ] Build and run the mobile app
• [ ] Review mobile app architecture (MVVM, Clean Arch, etc.)
• [ ] Understand navigation patterns and key screens
• [ ] Explore networking layer and local storage approach
• [ ] Join sprint planning and daily standup
• [ ] Review mobile CI/CD process and test setup
• [ ] Read past release notes and 2–3 PRs from mobile team
