Audience
Our comms strategy starts by defining our audience. These are the humans and organizations that we are looking to reach with this product.
Personas
We are going to have 2 groups:

1: Who are looking for help

2: Who are not looking for help, but can have a solutions or resources to offer
We can sub-divide those groups with specific profiles:
Group 1- People looking for help:
- Humans looking for resources - Humans who are looking for resources they can tap into. They might be looking for food, sources of income, PPE or other items to help them endure the situation.
- Organizations looking for resources - Similar to the above. These will be mostly non-profits, public sector (e.g. hospitals), and businesses that have been affected by the pandemic.
- Individuals who believe they might be sick - These are individuals who have been exposed or believe they have been exposed to COVID-19. They will access this page for medical information that can help them understand if they are at risk.
- COVID-19 patients - Humans who have been diagnosed with coronavirus. They will come to the website looking for medical information on how to treat their symptoms, minimize the spread and access basic necessities.
Group 2- Who can offer solutions/resources:
- Organizations looking to donate - These are companies that want to donate resources. It might be money or in-kind contributions (use of a product or service for free, exposure, access to paid volunteer hours by their employees, etc.).
