Mixology? Go on ...
Whilst studying I spent several years working in some of Melbourne’s high-end cocktail bars. It became a bit of an art form, to the point I won awards for several of my cocktails. Lockdown enabled me to spend some time re-acquainting myself with that hobby, so here they are for you to enjoy!

Award-winners
Pornstar Martini

Ingredients
- 45mL vodka (Belvedere)
- 30mL passionfruit syrup
- 30mL white chocolate syrup
- 15mL lime juice (fresh)
- 5 drops wonderfoam
Method
- Put all ingredients in shaker
- Dry shake to create extra foam
- Crack shaker, fill with ice, reshake
- Double strain into champagne coupe
- Garnish with dehydrated citrus or halved passionfruit
Amaretto Sour

Ingredients
- 60mL amaretto
- 30mL lime juice (fresh)
- 15mL vanilla syrup
- 5 drops wonderfoam
Method
- Put all ingredients in shaker, dry shake to enhance foam
- Crack shaker, fill with ice, reshake
- Single strain into rocks glass
- I use a rounded ice mould, for extra awesomeness
- Garnish with maraschino cherry
