Our monthly All Hands meeting is a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect as a company. We use this time to share key updates, spotlight wins, recognize team contributions, and hear directly from leadership. Sometimes we have external guest speakers. It’s also a chance for everyone to ask questions, raise topics, and stay informed about our direction and progress. Think of it as our collective forum, keeping us aligned and informed.
Our retros follow a simple but powerful framework: Start, Stop, Continue. These sessions, run by our CTO, Dustin, help us intentionally reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and what we want to improve. They’re a structured space where teams can surface insights, build trust, and commit to action.
