1.

Starting Point

Last summer, I built a demo of an AI video generation platform in 45 days.

At that time, the AI video sector was just emerging, and my motivation was simple: make creation as easy as talking.

Investors were optimistic about this direction, experienced entrepreneurs gave me lots of practical advice, and more than 20 beta users both complained about bugs and urged me to update features.

I was incredibly excited—at 14, I had created something recognized by adults.

Interruption

Then school started.

As a ninth-grade student, my time was completely locked by academics:

By the time winter break finally gave me a full stretch of time to reopen my computer, the market had already changed.

Giants like Runway and Pika had taken the mainstream, with far superior product experience and resource investment.

My project went from being “ahead of its time” to “ordinary.”

Before the official launch, the best window had already passed.
