This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Reflective Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Mirror (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) with respect to the Mirror platform and website located at https://mirror.xyz (“Mirror”), including the related Mirror services, applications, features, tools, functionality, and technology (collectively, the “Services”).
About Mirror
Mirror is a blockchain-based platform that enables users to publish and discover content, make content available for minting as blockchain-based digital assets (“Digital Assets”) in the form of non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”), collect NFTs via secondary markets, and take certain other actions enabled by Mirror.
Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide us. Personal information you may provide to us through the Services includes:
- Account information, such as the address of the Digital Asset wallet (“Wallet”) you use to establish an account on and log into Mirror, and as well as the email address, Ethereum Name Service (“ENS”) name, social media account(s), profile picture, name and other information that you voluntarily provide in your user profile, like biographical information. The information described in the previous sentence may also be collected by us when you provide it anywhere else on Mirror. For example, the email address you use to subscribe to updates from another user when you’re not logged into Mirror, and the address of the Wallet you connect to Mirror in order to collect and pay for Digital Assets when you’re not logged into Mirror, may be collected by us.
- Usage data, including information about your use of the Services, such as the content with which you engage, the content you publish, the features you use, and the actions you take.
- Communications that we exchange with users when they contact us with questions or feedback, including feedback about interacting with other users, and questions about the services.
- Payment data and transaction information. Please note that for conducting cryptocurrency transactions, we work with third-party Wallet extensions such as MetaMask and Coinbase Wallet. Your interactions with third-party Wallet extensions are governed by those businesses’ own terms of service and privacy policies (as to which we are not responsible).
- Other information collected to provide or operate our services, or other services you have requested, like other information collected upon appropriate notice to you or consent from you.
Third party sources. We may combine personal information we receive from you with information we obtain from public sources, including from public blockchains and any Wallet or social media profile you connect to the Services.
Automatic data collection. We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Services, our communications, and other online services, such as:
- Device data, such as device IP address (and derived geolocation), device name and operating system, browser type and settings, telecommunications provider, operating system, the date and time of Services use, and interactions with the Services.
- Online activity data, such as information about your use of and actions on the Services, including pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, frequency, and length of access. This information may be collected on our Services using cookies, browser web storage (also known as locally stored objects, or “LSOs”), web beacons, third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) and similar technologies described below.
