These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and MintSend Inc. ("MintSend", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of both https://mintsend.io and https://app.mintsend.io/ and any related services or platforms (collectively, the "Site").
By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. You waive any right to receive specific notice of such changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
We do not offer a free trial. However, new users who sign up will receive 100 free credits to evaluate the platform.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other methods supported by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment information and to update it as needed. You authorize us to charge your payment method for any purchases or recurring subscription fees.
All sales are non-refundable, except as required by law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal business or personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our express written consent.
All content, including trademarks, service marks, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MintSend or its licensors (including BounceBan) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may need to register for an account to access parts of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
