1. Account & Login

Q. I can’t sign up.

→ Please double-check your email and password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters.

If the issue persists, contact us at Contact Us.

Q. How do I log in with Google/Apple?

→ On the login screen, tap the Google or Apple login button to link your account.

Q. How do I delete my account?

→ Go to [Settings → Account Info → Delete Account] to proceed.


2. Routine & Notifications

Q. My routine notifications are not working.

→ On iPhone, go to Settings > Notifications > MiniGenius and make sure notifications are enabled.

Q. I want to change my routine.

→ On the My Routine screen, tap the Reset button to select a new routine.


3. Statistics & Data

Q. How is the routine completion rate calculated?

→ (Number of completed routine items ÷ Total items) × 100%.
