1. Purpose of Collection and Use
Jong Geun Kang processes personal information for the following purposes. The collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, we will seek prior consent in accordance with relevant laws.
- Account Registration and Management: Personal identification via social login (Google, Apple), prevention of fraudulent use, and device identification for guest logins.
- Service Provision and Personalized Recommendations: Providing AI psychological counseling, emotional diary analysis, and personalized content (movies, dramas, etc.) recommendations based on user personality data.
2. Personal Information Collected

- Social Login: Email, Provider ID, Nickname.
- Guest Login: Device ID.
- ② Information Automatically Collected During Service Use:
- Service Activity Records: Emotion diary entries, psychological/tarot test results, personality data, attendance days, community posts, comments, and like history.
- Payments & Virtual Currency: Charging and usage history of virtual currency (Ink).
- System Information: Language settings, device information, and push notification tokens (FCM Token).
- ③ Device Access Permissions (Optional):
- Gallery (Photo Library): Permission is requested only when the user chooses to upload a picture for the drawing psychological test.
3. Provision to Third Parties and Prohibition of Sale
To provide smooth services, we safely transmit only the minimum necessary information to external APIs as follows. We do not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, nor do we sell your personal information commercially.
- Recipient: Google LLC (Gemini AI API)
- Purpose: AI psychological analysis and text response generation.
- Items Provided: Counseling text and drawing images entered by the user (*Transmitted in an anonymized state that cannot identify individuals).
4. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information
As a rule, the user's personal information is immediately destroyed and anonymized (Soft Delete) in an unrecoverable state upon account deletion. However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with relevant laws, or to retain minimum identification information required to prevent fraudulent use, it will be stored securely encrypted for a designated period.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Community Policy
- ① Zero Tolerance: Users who post inappropriate content, such as profanity, hate speech, sexual content, or harassment, in the app community or profile may have their accounts permanently banned without prior warning.
- ② Report and Block Features: Users can 'report' inappropriate posts by others or 'block' the user at any time. Administrators will take action within 24 hours of receiving a report.
6. User Rights and Contact Information
Users can withdraw their consent to the collection and use of personal information at any time through the [Settings - Delete Account] feature within the service.
