Following migration

For direct access and/or if you have any problems setting up your devices, your full mailbox is available online via Outlook Web App (OWA) at outlook.office.com. Your login for this is your full email address and your newly received password.

If your license gives you access to or if you already have Office software, you can use the full desktop version of Outlook to access and manage your email for full functionality.

You can also access from your mobile devices, either using your native email app or by downloading the free Outlook app (available for both iOS and Android).

<aside> 📩 Please do not worry if your mailbox initially appears empty, it will fill up as data is transferred. This is a normal part of the migration process.

Outlook Online

You can access all Microsoft 365 services online here: portal.office.com. Your email service encompasses messages, calendars and contacts – all stored within your mailbox. You can access your mailbox online via Outlook Web App (OWA), for which the direct link is outlook.office.com.

Setting up a new Outlook profile

You can set up your email on desktop (e.g. Outlook on Windows) – we recommend that you keep your existing Outlook profile as an additional backup, therefore please create a new Outlook profile and add your new Microsoft 365 account to this new profile:
