I chose Google Keep, a simple, cloud-based note-taking app used by millions, to explore a missing feature that many users have asked for: locked or password-protected notes. Despite its simplicity and cross-platform integration, Google Keep lacks a way to secure sensitive information, frustrating users who want both convenience and privacy. The users range from students and professionals to casual note-takers who often rely on the app for everything from grocery lists to personal journaling.
