How a Term Works

We break up our travels into blocks called terms. Typically a term is spent in a single country.

Within each term, we visit two different locations, which we call Session A and Session B.

The standard schedule for a term looks like the following:

• Week 1 to Week 5: Session A
• Week 6: Micro School is off; take time to explore; transition to Session B’s location.
• Week 7 to Week 11: Session B
• Week 12: Micro School is off; take time to explore; transition to the next country

As parents, we’ve struggled with education:

We believe we’ve finally landed on a format that is mobile, social, and bespoke enough to help our kids get the most out of their learning experience.

Program Staffing

By pooling the resources of the community, the Micro School can afford to hire a head teacher and an assistant — providing a stellar 6-to-1 child and teacher ratio.

This level of attention affords your child access to focused 1:1 sessions throughout the week, which helps tailor the education experience to your child's individual needs and desires.
